A yoga studio and creative wellness destination in the heart of Mayport and Atlantic Beach.

  • YOGA

    Yoga is an ancient practice with origins in India that brings union to mind, body, and soul. We have a team of highly experienced teachers and classes are curated to benefit all levels of practice. Several classes are 75 minutes in length, allowing opportunity for a deeper experience. Guided and silent meditation time is offered after several classes.

  • WORKSHOPS

    Our workshops provide specialized focus on a variety of topics. We offer opportunities to explore postures such as inversions and arm balances, myofascial release, exposure to different styles of yoga, special classes taught by guest teachers, sound baths, meditation circles, beginner yoga series, and more!

  • TEACHER TRAINING

    Yoga teacher training is a very rewarding experience. Training gives you the skills and qualifications to teach yoga, but it also allows an opportunity to explore the depths of your own practice and enhance your connection to the yoga community. Consider It is excited to host a 200 hour teacher training beginning in 2025.

  • VIDA ADVENTURES

    Vida Adventures is about community and bringing people together through activities. At Consider It we offer an array of different trips and excursions locally and internationally. Some of these include surf lessons, paddleboarding, bike rides, and different beach venues for any occasion!

  • PERSONAL TRAINING

    Our personal training sessions are designed to meet you where you are, offering tailored guidance that aligns with your individual goals--whether you're looking to deepen your yoga practice, improve your strength, or enhance overall well-being. Each session focuses on your needs, combining mindful movement, strength training, flexibility, & breathwork.

  • ART THERAPY

    Art therapy uses creative processes like drawing, painting, and crafting to help individuals express emotions, reduce stress, and improve mental well-being. By encouraging self-expression through art, it facilitates emotional healing and personal insight, often addressing challenges that are hard to articulate. This therapeutic approach can complement other practices for enhanced self-exploration and growth.
