Joy King
Joy is dedicated to merging her passion for Yoga, Art and Vida together into a transformative wellness destination. With over two decades of experience in yoga and 35 years as a public-school teacher, she has developed a unique approach to teaching that emphasizes purpose, connection, and personal growth. Since earning her 200 RYT certification in 2015, Joy has been sharing her passion with the community, teaching alongside her husband, John, in a dropout prevention program in Mayport Village. Susan Kniseley-Foy
Susan is a dedicated yoga teacher with E-RYT 200/500/YACEP certifications in Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow, and additional training in Anusara Yoga. She began her practice in 2003 and started teaching in 2010 while living abroad. Now based in Jacksonville Beach, FL, Susan offers public and private classes, workshops, and international retreats. Her teaching blends elements from Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Anusara, creating a style that is energetic, creative, and encouraging. Judy Smith
Judy began her yoga journey 25 years ago. After 12 years as a student, Judy pursued her 200 hour Kripalu teacher training. She was eager to advance her knowledge soon after and completed her 500 hour Ashtanga training. Judy has continued her training in Yin yoga and Myofascial release. Her practice focuses on connection and collaboration, working together to find inner stillness and peace. Read more about Judy.

Jyothi Behne
Based on the values of healing, growth and authenticity, Jyothi's teaching is a combination of storytelling and intelligent sequencing. After battling eating disorders and self-harming behaviors for 15 years, Jyothi's discovery of yoga in 2005 saved her life. In 2010, Jyothi left her career as an Education Policy Analyst to become a full-time yoga and meditation teacher. Jyothi lives with her husband, Bo, their two vibrant and creative children, and their labrador, Ruby Joy - wherever the Navy sends them. Read more about Jyothi here.

Connor Bonham
Born and raised in Jacksonville, Connor has always lived close to the ocean. Connor has traveled the globe circuit racing upwards of 30 miles on paddleboards and surfing 20 foot waves, reaching the top 10 in the world. The boards were his tools and the ocean was his life. Connor says this is where he is meant to be, sharing his passion for the ocean and adventure with everyone! Read more about Connor.

Taylor Burdette
Taylor, RYT 200, has been teaching yoga since 2017. Her journey began in 2015 when she stumbled into a class led by the one and only, Judy Smith—and she never looked back. When joining her on the mat, expect an electrifying blend of movement and mindfulness! Naomi Charles
Naomi Charles, a 200-hour RYT certified in 2017, fell in love with yoga as a child, inspired by her dad. After teaching power yoga, she now focuses on gentler styles and yoga nidra, sharing the healing benefits of slowing down and turning inward. Read more about Naomi.

Scotie Cousin
Scotie's art journey officially began as a high school freshman when he was inspired by red clay discovered at a nearby flooded river. Since this time, he has used music and art as vessels to connect with those around him. His sculptures blossomed into mosaics, sand art, fine art paintings, yard art, guitar playing, and - maybe most beloved of all - his Critters. Read more about Scotie.

Evie Czerkawski
Evie strives to create an authentic atmosphere of community and calm in her classes, providing an invitation to journey inward, connect to breath and body, and observe the mind. Ultimately, she encourages students with the messages that altered her life, to make the practice their own and to honor where they are, for that is where they are supposed to be. Joe Czerkawski
Dr. Joe began a personal yoga journey in 2017 and has found it integral to the health of his body as well as his ability to manage stress at work and home. With the backing of scientific studies showing the benefits of yoga and mindfulness he considers those practices a regular part of his treatment recommendations for patients. Read more about Joe.

Karey Evans
Karey has been teaching yoga for over a decade and is currently a Physical Therapist Assistant. Karey obtained her 500 hour certification in 2017 and has additional trainings and certifications in Ashtanga and mat Pilates. Her teaching style fuses her love of music, Pilates, inversions, anatomy and alignment with the power of core-centric and breath-based movement. Read more about Karey.

Lauren was born and raised at the beaches and attended the University of North Florida, earning a Bachelor’s in Business with a focus on Marketing. Trevor Gibbs
Trevor discovered yoga in 2013 and began teaching in 2019 in Charleston, South Carolina. He is a RYT 200 certified through Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, and has since taught in South Carolina, Georgia, and now Florida. He is excited to meet you on the mat. Read more about Trevor.

Henry King
Henry is the co-owner of Consider It and a managing partner at Vida Adventures. As an ISSA certified personal trainer, he has crafted tailored training programs for athletes of all ages, accommodating diverse health needs and fitness goals. Lauren Loy
Lauren, E-RYT 500, has been teaching and practicing yoga for about 13 years and is in graduate school at Buddhist college, Naropa, for Mindfulness-based Transpersonal Psychology. Lauren teaches a mindful, yet powerful, dynamic flow that syncs breath to movement and often feels like a dance. Patrick McNally
Patrick came to Yoga in 2016 after an injury left him unable to participate in his usual sport and weight-lifting activities. Starting first with videos on YouTube and eventually studio classes, Patrick was then inspired by a few of his teachers to take a teacher training in DC, winter of 2018, and another 300hr the next year in Indonesia. For him, a yoga practice is lived on and off the mat, as an intention to steady the mind and find truthful expression in movement. Read more about Patrick.

While she won’t be teaching, she’s hard at work behind the scenes to ensure your Consider It experience is exceptional. Brenda Sharp
Brenda began practicing yoga in 1995 and became a certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher in 2003 with her gurus Sharon Gannon and David Life. Raina Van Cleave
Raina began her yoga journey in 2001 with her first Ashtanga class alongside her mother, finding peace and mindfulness through the practice. She became a 200-hour RYT in 2005 under Sarasvati Devi and Vaz Rogbeck and trained with Bryan Kest. For Raina, yoga is a lifestyle focused on balance and gratitude. Her classes reflect this philosophy, blending playful energy with mindful movement.
