Raina’s yoga journey began in 2001 when she attended her first Ashtanga class alongside her mother. From that moment, yoga became a profound source of peace and grounding in her life, teaching her the power of presence and the art of letting go. Raina has found strength, mindfulness, and fearlessness both on and off the mat through her practice. In 2005, she earned her 200-hour RYT certification under Sarasvati Devi and Vaz Rogbeck at Prana Vinyasa Radiant Transitions in Tampa, further deepening her understanding through training with Bryan Kest.
For Raina, yoga is more than a physical practice—it’s a lifestyle rooted in balance, mindfulness, and gratitude. "Yoga has taught me to slow down, be present, and let go of what I can’t control. It’s a constant reminder to breathe, move with intention, and embrace life as it unfolds." Her classes are designed to reflect this philosophy, combining playful energy, thoughtful sequencing, and moments of introspection to help her students find peace and freedom in their practice. When she’s not teaching or on her mat, Raina’s love for adventure carries her outdoors, where she connects with nature through surfing, biking, and exploring the world. Yoga, like her adventurous spirit, continually teaches her to flow with life’s currents and find joy in every moment.
