We are thrilled to bring our community together to celebrate the opening of Consider It located at 1790 Mayport Road in Atlantic Beach.
Join us for a full weekend of yoga, music, and movement. All offerings on Saturday and Sunday are free.
Bring a friend and reserve your spot via our app or website ahead of time as space is limited! We have a few yoga mats to rent, but all are encouraged to bring their own mat.

Friday, February 14
5:00-6:30 pm: Deep in the Heart, Hammies and Hips signature workshop with Susan Kniseley-Foy
Here’s a loving way to kick off your Valentine’s evening! All levels are welcome for this 1.5 hour fun and funky journey into the heart, hips, and hammies. We break the poses down with props, the wall, and some partner work, and then we can wander into the courtyard for live music. Indulge in this class with a friend or a partner or, most importantly, practice self-love and do it for yourself! Let’s come together this Valentine’s Weekend to lift our hearts to love and enjoy a delicious evening together. We’ve timed this workshop for February 14th from 5:00-6:30 pm to make this the main event or the appetizer for any other plans you may have. Investment: $45

10:45 - 11:45 am - Dynamic Vinyasa w/ Jyothi
Class description: A vigorous and energizing class for intermediate and advanced yogis that challenges both the body and mind. This class moves through creative sequences, linking breath with fluid, dynamic movements. We will play with advanced postures, intricate transitions, arm balances, and inversions to test strength, flexibility, and endurance. This class offers an opportunity to refine your practice, build stamina, and explore deeper physical and mental boundaries. Perfect for seasoned practitioners looking to elevate their practice. Modifications are offered and assists are always optional.
12:15- 1:15 pm -Slow Flow w/ Trevor
Class description: A nourishing class that will take students through yoga postures with fluidity and stability. This class is designed to bring students into their bodies through breath and conscious movement. This class will conclude with a 15-minute Savasana and meditation. Suitable for all levels.
1:45- 2:45 pm - Deep Vinyasa w/ Aubrie
Class description: This class offers a deeper exploration of traditional Vinyasa sequences, incorporating longer holds, advanced postures, and mindful transitions. It challenges strength, flexibility, and endurance while promoting a sense of inner balance and calm. Ideal for practitioners looking to deepen their practice, it encourages awareness of body alignment, breath control, and mental focus. Expect a flowing, sweat-inducing practice that leaves you grounded, centered, and rejuvenated. Modifications are offered and assists are always optional.

11:00 - 12:15 pm - Gentle Yoga with Judy
Class description: A gentle, slow and therapeutic class for everyday living and every body. This class encourages health and healing for the mind and body. Attention is given to safe alignment of yoga postures and breathing techniques. A perfect class to reset while improving strength, flexibility, balance and focus. This class will conclude with a 10 or 15-minute Savasana and meditation. Suitable for all levels; flexibility and prior yoga experience are not required. Modifications are offered and assists are always optional.
