Introductory Yoga Spring Series

New to yoga or wanting to check it out? We are excited to launch our seasonal Introductory Yoga Series, a four week program with Trevor Gibbs. Yoga is truly for everyone—no matter your age, gender, weight, or flexibility. In this spring series, you'll learn the basics of yoga and its benefits in our modern lives, common phrases, postures and sequences in classes, how to build a mindful practice on and off your mat, understanding a yoga studio's offerings, and an introduction to meditation and mindful breathing. By the end, you'll have a solid foundation and the confidence to step onto your mat, and hopefully a desire to keep learning. Plus, you might make a few new friends along the way!
All sessions will be in-person at Consider It (1790 Mayport Road).
